Kids are required to grow up in a positive manner to be a person with self-confidence and power. Bringing up kids in shy manner would surely make a character with introversion, unassertive in approach and verbal communication, and above all would not posses the grit to confront difficult circumstances that come way in their further life.

Confidence increases out from definite successful but difficult circumstances. In other words, kids build up self-confidence not because parents with determination tell them they are good in everything, but because of their attainments, be it big or small. Once there was a pencil maker in a village. The pencil maker used to make pencils of different colors. One day he decided to transmit some life building thoughts to the pencils that he had made. So the pencil maker propped the pencils aside, just before putting them into the box. “There are five things you need to know”, he told the pencils “before I send you out into the world”.

Always remember them, and and you will become the best pencils you could ever be”: One- You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in someone’s hand; Two- You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you will need it to become a better pencil; Three- you will be not able to correct any mistake you might make so whatever you write, write carefully; Four- The most important part of you will always be what’s inside; And Five- On every surface upon which you are used, you must leave your mark. I was doing my graduation with Economics major but all of a sudden I changed my mind and joined an Airhostess training Institute. I thought the world of airlines is what I had always craved for.
